Terms and Conditions
General Terms & Scope
The following Terms & Conditions constitute the general terms applicable to our dance, choreography, event management, instructor, performer and related services.
Please note that additional terms, conditions, requirements, charges, cancellation policies or other specific provisions may apply depending on the nature and scope of the particular service or event.
Where required, detailed or service-specific Terms & Conditions will be discussed and communicated to the client through email or other official written communication before or during the booking process. Such additional terms, once agreed upon by both parties, shall form part of the overall agreement between the company and the client.
In the event of any difference between these general Terms & Conditions and specific terms agreed in writing for a particular booking, the specific written terms agreed for that booking will prevail to the extent of such difference.
By making a payment, confirming a booking, or accepting our services, the client acknowledges that they have read and agreed to these general Terms & Conditions as well as any additional terms specifically communicated and agreed upon for their booking.
1. Booking & Confirmation
- A booking will be considered confirmed only after the agreed advance/payment has been received.
- Availability of instructors, artists, performers, venues or other resources is subject to confirmation at the time of booking.
- Any verbal commitment will not be considered final until the required payment has been received.
2. Payment
- The client agrees to make payments according to the payment schedule mutually agreed upon at the time of booking.
- Any balance payment must be cleared within the agreed time.
- Services may be withheld or cancelled if the required payment is not received on time.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
- Once a booking is confirmed, the company may allocate instructors, performers, staff, equipment, venue arrangements and other resources specifically for the event.
- If the client cancels the booking and a refund is applicable, the refund amount will be calculated after deducting any applicable costs, expenses, administrative charges or cancellation charges already incurred by the company.
- Any refund approved by the company will normally be processed within 10–15 working days from the date the refund is confirmed.
- The refund may take additional time to reflect in the client’s bank account depending on the payment gateway, bank or payment method used.
- In cases where third-party vendors, venues, artists or other service providers have already been paid, their non-refundable charges may be deducted from the refundable amount.
4. Rescheduling
- Requests to change the event date or service schedule must be communicated as early as possible.
- Rescheduling is subject to the availability of instructors, performers, staff, venues and other resources.
- Additional charges may apply if rescheduling results in additional expenses.
- A booking may generally be rescheduled only once, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Unavoidable Circumstances
- In the event of circumstances beyond reasonable control, including serious illness, accidents, natural disasters, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, venue-related issues or other unforeseen circumstances, the company will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative arrangement.
- Where possible, the company may provide a replacement instructor/performer or offer an alternative date.
- Refunds in such situations will be handled after considering payments already made to third parties and expenses already incurred.
6. Changes Requested by the Client
- Any change in the number of participants, duration, location, services, performers, instructors or other requirements may result in a change in the agreed price.
- Additional services will only be provided after confirmation of the additional charges.
7. Event Delays
- The client is responsible for ensuring that the venue is ready and accessible at the agreed reporting/start time.
- Delays caused by the client, venue, participants or circumstances outside the company’s control may reduce the actual service time and will not automatically entitle the client to a refund or extension.
- Additional waiting time, where applicable, may be chargeable.
8. Travel & Additional Expenses
- Travel, accommodation, meals, transportation, parking, venue charges, equipment rental or other expenses not specifically included in the agreed package will be charged separately where applicable.
- Any such additional expenses will be communicated to the client wherever reasonably possible.
9. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for:
- Providing accurate event details, venue information and timings.
- Ensuring suitable space and basic facilities required for the agreed service.
- Providing timely access to the venue for instructors, performers and staff.
- Ensuring that participants follow reasonable instructions relating to safety and event conduct.
- Informing the company in advance of any special requirements.
10. Instructor Privacy & Personal Information
- The company respects the privacy and personal information of all instructors, choreographers, performers and other team members.
- The company does not share the personal phone numbers, WhatsApp numbers, email addresses, social media accounts, residential addresses or any other personal contact information of its instructors with clients.
- All communication regarding bookings, schedules, payments, changes, complaints or other professional matters should be made through the company or its officially designated contact channels.
- Clients are requested not to ask instructors for their personal contact details unless specifically authorized by the company.
- If an instructor, performer or any team member directly asks a client for personal contact details or attempts to establish private communication outside the company’s official channels for professional or booking-related purposes, the client is advised to report the matter to the company immediately.
- The company will treat such reports seriously and may take appropriate action where necessary.
- Similarly, clients are expected not to share, publish or misuse any personal information of instructors or team members without their permission.
- These measures are intended to protect the privacy, safety and professional relationship between clients, instructors and the company.
11. Photography & Videography
Unless the client specifically requests otherwise in writing before the event, the company may use photographs or videos taken during classes, workshops or events for promotional purposes, including social media, websites and marketing material, subject to applicable law and permissions.
12. Liability
- The company will take reasonable care while providing its services.
- The company will not be responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including venue issues, technical failures, participant misconduct, delays, weather conditions or third-party service providers.
- Participants are responsible for informing the instructor/event team of any relevant physical limitations or concerns before participating in dance, fitness or other physical activities.
13. Professional Conduct
The company expects clients and participants to maintain respectful and professional behaviour towards instructors, performers, staff and other participants.
- Abusive, threatening, inappropriate or disruptive behaviour may result in termination of services without refund.
- The company reserves the right to refuse service where necessary to maintain safety and professional standards.
14. Force Majeure
The company shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, accidents, epidemics, severe weather, transportation disruptions or other force majeure events.
15. Agreement & Acceptance
By making any payment, confirming a booking, attending a class/workshop or accepting the company’s services, the client acknowledges that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
Any special terms agreed separately in writing between the company and the client will prevail over these general terms to the extent of any conflict.
